By using this service ("Secure eTrust Pro Seal") you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions”):

Secure eTrust Pro Seal Use  

eTrust Pro, Inc. grants you the right to use the Secure eTrust Pro Seal service for your personal and commercial use, subject to these Terms and Conditions. You may not modify, copy, publish, license, or sell any information or software associated with the "Secure eTrust Pro Seal". You may not use Secure eTrust Pro Seal in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the eTrust Pro, Inc. site, nor may you use the Secure eTrust Pro Seal in any manner that could interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the eTrust Pro, Inc. site. You agree that you will use the Secure eTrust Pro Seal for lawful purposes and only in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your right to use the Secure eTrust Pro Seal will terminate immediately if you violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you may no longer use the Secure eTrust Pro Seal.

Intellectual Property  

You acknowledge that eTrust Pro, Inc. and its licensors and content and service providers own all rights, title and interest, including without limitation all Intellectual Property Rights, in and to the Secure eTrust Pro Seal, portions thereof, or software provided through or in conjunction with the Secure eTrust Pro Seal. "Intellectual Property Rights" means all rights existing from time to time under patent law, copyright law, trade secret law, trademark law unfair competition law and all other proprietary rights, and all applications, renewals, extensions and restorations thereof, now or hereafter in force and effect worldwide. You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, rent, lease, loan, distribute, prepare derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Secure eTrust Pro Seal. You also agree not to remove, obscure, or alter eTrust Pro, Inc.'s copyright notice, trademarks or other proprietary rights notices affixed to or contained within or accessed in conjunction with or through the Secure eTrust Pro Seal. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by eTrust Pro, Inc..

Disclaimer of Warranties  

eTrust Pro, Inc. disclaim any responsibility for harm resulting from your use of the Secure eTrust Pro Seal (including without limitation any spoof site detection technology contained therein). The Secure eTrust Pro Seal is provided "as is," with no warranties whatsoever. eTrust Pro, Inc. expressly disclaim to the fullest extent permitted by law all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of spoof site detection technology or data, and noninfringement of proprietary rights. eTrust Pro, Inc. disclaim any warranties regarding the security, reliability, timeliness and performance of the Secure eTrust Pro Seal. You understand and agree that use the Secure eTrust Pro Seal at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any loss of data that results from the use of the Secure eTrust Pro Seal. Some states or other jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state and jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
